Melody Day has been participating in a number of famous OST for Korean dramas from the past two years before its debut. Finally, they are showing themselves in public by releasing its debut single [Another Parting].

They have been making their presence known by participating in the OST for many dramas such as 'Master's Sun', 'I Can Hear Your Voice', and 'My Daughter Seoyoung'.
Yeo-Eun, Ye-In, and Cha-Hee wish to make people's lives warmer by their beautiful melody and to give their special melody as a gift to them. This heartfelt wish is portrayed through their group name 'Melody Day'.

Title song 'Another Parting' is a hybrid ballad song with a touch of rock. In this song, which is about the moment of parting, sentimental musician Na WonJoo's piano melody are in perfect harmony with twenty-year-olds' sensitive voice

デビューする約2年前から数多くの人気ドラマOSTに参加し、優れた実力で音楽ファンたちの期待を一身に受けてきた'メロディ•デー'がいよいよデビューシングル「とあるさよなら」を発表して大衆の前にその姿を現す。

[主君の太陽]、[君の声が聞こえる]、[私の娘ソヨン]など数々のドラマOSTに参加して徐々に声を知らせてきたメロディ•デーは、少女から大人になったばかりのヨウン、イェイン、チャヒの３人のメンバーたちが作る美しい旋律で、人々の一日を暖かく染めたいという願望と抱負をグループ名に込めた。また、多くの人々に彼女ならではの特別なメロディーをプレゼントしたいというかわいくて素朴な心を伝えている。

タイトル曲の「とあるさようなら」は、モダンロックの要素を基にしたハイブリッドバラードナンバーで、感性ミュージシャン、ナ・ウォンジュのピアノにメンバーたちのいきいきとした二十歳の感性ボイスが引き立つ別れの歌である。

'주군의 태양', '너의 목소리가 들려', '내 딸 서영이' 등 수많은 드라마 OST에 참여하며 차근히 목소리를 알려온 '멜로디데이'는 이제 갓 소녀의 태를 벗은 여은, 예인, 차희 세 멤버들이 만드는 아름다운 선율로 사람들의 하루 하루를 따뜻하게 물들였으면 하는 소망과 포부를 그룹 이름에 담았으며, 또한 많은 이들에게 자신들만의 특별한 멜로디를 선물하고자 하는 예쁘고 소박한 진심을 전하고 있다.

타이틀곡인 '어떤 안녕'은 모던 락의 요소를 바탕으로 한 하이브리드 발라드 넘버로, 감성 뮤지션 나원주의 피아노 터치 위에 멤버들의 풋풋하면서도 서툰 스무살 감성 보이스가 돋보이는 이별 노래이다.
