After 3 years of quite short career as 'pppb' together, each member has established its own musical areas. 'pppb' reproduces its original and irreplaceable personality of pppb's music by gathering together for the first time in 18 years.
The title song 'Over And Over (Feat. Zion. T) is singing about the imperfect human beings living in our times and the vicious cycle of the unprevilledged people's loneliness. Especially, Zion.T's voice added its own sense of mild and warm comfort to pppd's song.

데뷔 후 3년이라는 짧은 활동 후 '삐삐밴드' 는 각자 자신들만의 음악적 영역을 견고하게 구축해 왔다. 18년 만에 다시 한 자리에 모인 '삐삐밴드' 는 비교와 대체 불가능한 삐삐밴드 고유의 빛깔을 다시금 재현한다. 또 세 사람의 음악적 내공을 온전히　쏟아낸 이번 새 앨범의 만듦새는 20년이라는 세월만큼 보다 깊이 있고 정교해졌다.
타이틀곡 "오버 앤 오버(Over And Over) (Feat.자이언티)" 는 는 우리 주변의 소외계층이 느끼는 쓸쓸함과 공허의 악순환, 우리시대를 살아가기에 불완전할 수밖에 없는 존재들에 대한 이야기를 담은 곡이다. 특히 피처링에 참여한 자이언티는 특유의 담백하고 따뜻한 위로의 감성을 '삐삐밴드' 의 노래에 얹었다.
