It is never easy to predict how a player's skills will translate from college to the NFL until you see them in action as a pro. However, the people over at EA Sports have no choice - it is their job to rate them for Madden each year.
Rookies always have high hopes for their Madden ratings - having drafted so high and all - but once reality hits they generally end up feeling slighted. But don't fret rooks - the vets always feel slighted too.
