Kim Sawol made her debut with the album, "Secret," in 2014 as a member of the folk duo Kim Sawol X Kim Haewon. 포크듀오 김사월X김해원으로 2014년 [비밀]을 발표하며 데뷔. 2015년 제12회 한국대중음악상 최우수 포크 음반상,올해의 신인상을 거머쥐며 음악계의 주목을 받았은 김사월은 지난해 10월 개인의 삶을 형상화한, '수잔'이라는 인물을 타이틀로 내세운 '수잔'을 비롯해 타이틀곡 '머리맡'과 '접속' 등 총 11곡이 담은 자신의 첫 솔로 앨밤인 [수잔]을 내놓았다.
