Ingredients:

Pumpkin Soup

1kg pumpkin
2 carrots
2 large potatoes
1 large onion
2 celery sticks
3 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground chilli
season with salt & white pepper

Apple cranberry salsa (optional)
1 apple (peeled & cut into cubes with 1 tbls lemon juice)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
pinch of ground chilli powder
1 tsp honey

parsley & chives to garnish
