With just a few minutes left in the match, Gareth Bale outran Bartra, sped into Barcelona's area, and scored past Pinto, 5-holing the keeper. Lionel Messi was largely ineffective. Neymar hit the post with just seconds to spare. Cristiano Ronaldo sat out with injury. Real Madrid won their 19th Copa del Rey.
