Starting from a blank sheet of paper, the challenge was to design and develop a
completely new car, worthy of the name Rolls-Royce, train a workforce to build
it, appoint a global dealer network to sell it and, of course, design and build
a new worldwide headquarters and production facility. Nobody in the automotive
industry had ever tried to achieve so much, in such a short time. The result
has been an unqualified success and one which is testimony to the tremendous
efforts of a small, passionate team of people.
