Today we’re trying Yukhoe, Korean-style Beef Tartare topped off with a raw egg yolk. The raw beef is laid on a bed of julienned pear and sprinkled with a generous amount of sesame seeds. We eat the dish at Gwangjang Market, a place I highly recommend for Korean street food. Be sure to consume fresh yukhoe to prevent food poisoning!
