Sepp Blatter, President of FIFA, announced at the 64th FIFA Congress earlier today where he announced that he would be re-running for Presidency in 2015. Blatter has been head of FIFA for almost 16 years and has received very harsh, yet well deserved criticism from the higher ups around the league. Blatter made news most recently for making racial comments towards Qatar, claiming corruption was part of the reason they received the 2022 World Cup hosting bid.
