Korea and Japan lead culture on the Asian continent, and the two countries came together once again through the Korea-Japan Festival, where cultural exchanges take place. This year's festival was held at the Hibiya Park in Tokyo, Japan, and some 3,000 people came to take part in the festivities.
The 2016 Korea-Japan Festival was held under the slogan "Work Together to a new 50 Years." Last year marks the 50th anniversary of the normalcy of Korea-Japan diplomatic relations, so the festival was all the more special than the past events.
