Todd Gurley, Heisman Trophy candidate (#13 Georgia Bulldogs) and arguably the best running back in the country, has been suspended indefinitely by the NCAA for allegedly selling autographed footballs and jerseys. While this is an ongoing incident in college football, and more players continue to get pinched for trying to make an extra buck, the NCAA has to make some changes regarding players and compensation. It has been an ongoing issue that power conferences are reaping the benefits of these players, bringing in millions of dollars a year off TV deals and sponsorships while the games are being broadcasted.
Should NCAA players be allowed to sell their autographed jerseys, footballs, etc?
