Ingredients:

3 cups brown onions, diced
2 cups carrot, diced
2 tbls fresh thyme
2 large chuck steaks
salt & pepper to season
550ml Ale/Beer
350ml beef stock
100ml water + 1 tbls corn flour added
1 shortcrust pastry sheet
1 egg + 1 tbls milk for egg wash
