Ingredients: serves 4

Polenta Chips
1kg Polenta (ready made)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbls rosemary chopped

4 Scotch Fillet steaks
salt & pepper to season
olive oil & butter to cook steak
1/2 cup chives
1/2 cup parsley
