The Policy Address 2024 proposes promoting Hong Kong as an international hub for higher education to attract more overseas students. RTHK TV 31 will launch the English programme “Study in HK,” exploring the experiences of students from different countries studying Hong Kong.
English, Indonesian, and Putonghua versions will also be available on the RTHK YouTube Channel.
