The Division | Capable is the new Balanced (The Best Weapon Talent for Patch 1.2)

Tom Clancy’s The Division- The Division is getting some major changes, but few are as meaningful as the Balanced nerf. This talent defined the current weapon meta for both M1A Marksman Rifles and pretty much any Assault Rifle.

In this video, I reveal that Capable, a talent we really haven't been paying attention to, is in fact a 1:1 substitute for Balanced, albiet with some specific conditions and playstyle requirements.

With this talent proccing every 13 seconds, you won't even notice that Balanced is gone. Enjoy :)
