The NFL decided to lift most of the penalties associated with celebrating after a score in the league, and most people were happy with the result, save for Marvin Lewis, head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, who was against the celebrations. In short, group celebrations and using the ball as a prop will not be penalized or fineable offense, but if you do anything sexually suggestive or violent, you are still under fire for the actions.
