The Pittsburgh Penguins ended the Washington Capitals playoffs run for the 47th year in a row (exaggeration, also sarcasm), but even though the Caps came back to force a Game 7 after falling 3-1 in the series, the Penguins simply have their number, blanked them and will roll into the Conference Finals where they will look to head back to the Stanley Cup Finals for a second year in a row. They will meet the up and coming Senators, who pose Erik Karlsson, possibly the best on the ice of the remaining four teams.
On the other side, the Anaheim Ducks take on the Nashville Predators where puck drop is on Friday for Game 1.
