Michael Crabtree, who is having a nice resurgence in his best receiving year to date with the Raiders, was flagged for arguably the most in-offensive celebration of the season. Crabtree pointed to his shoulder and received a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct. Now, some people believe that in real time it could have been Crabtree gesturing a throat slash, however, we have seen refs pick up flags in the past, and in the end Crabtree did literally nothing excessive or wrong.
