Under Armour extended their deal with NL MVP Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals this week, which will mark the largest endorsement deal in baseball history. Details are still up in the air, but the deal is for at least 10 years and will surpass Alex Rodriguez’s Nike deal that the current New York Yankees DH signed in 2005. Bryce Harper is also on another mission though, and that is to make baseball fun again. Harper is one of the best young players in the league, and was recently seen donning a “Make Baseball Fun Again” hat. Last season, Harper was on the receiving end of a fastball to the back because of a disagreement between others players on the team, and decided to rip into baseballs unwritten rules.
