We Got Married Spontaneously and I Changed My Name

We went to pick up a marriage license at a county clerk office. We decided to do the legal marriage first before we have a wedding because of many reasons. We went there to just pick up a marriage license, but little did we know that we decided to just marry then and there.
After the quick ceremony, I kinda felt bad that my kids were not there. Even though we will do a real wedding with all our friends and family, I felt like I was betraying my kids and not include them in this moment.
However, this is super exciting because this is now a new chapter of our life and we are officially and legally a married couple.
