The Portland Trail Blazers are far off from where they were this point last season. A team that was a year removed from losing four of their five starters, rallied behind Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum as one of the hottest shooting back courts in the country. This season, the tune is different. Although the Blazers picked up a major win at home against Cleveland Wednesday night, they are still 18-23 and struggle tremendously on the road (7-15).
