Fox Sports ran an article that pegged the Top 25 footballing legends by FIFA rating, with Pele coming out as the No. 1 rating with a 95. The list left off some historic players, like Zidane and Maradona, who could compete for a top five spot amongst the ones mentioned from FIFA 17. The old mix with the new, as the best starting xi with the highest rated player from each position was also put together by Give Me Sport.
