Worst Day of my life ???? 인생 최악의 날

One of the worst days of my life: I never thought that I will miss my daughter’s graduation. I kept asking Yuri if they will have a graduation ceremony for parents but she forgot to ask her teacher and I thought the school will just do a little small ceremony within the class (just like her pre school graduation & kindergarten graduation). I over prepared for her pre school and kindergarten graduations with flowers but no parents did that. On the last day of school, Yuri called me just before the ceremony, saying that parents are coming and I should come. I was working on something to meet the deadline for work so I couldn’t make it. I drove to her school after her graduation. I couldn’t believe that I missed the graduation, my first baby’s graduation!!! ???? I told her I will do a graduation celebration this weekend as a family. What a day. But please say congratulations to my baby, Yuri for graduating. Off to the 7th grade and a junior high now. ???? 내 인생에서 최악의 날 중 하나: 나는 내 딸의 졸업식을 놓칠 것이라고 결코 생각하지 못했다. 나는 유리에게 부모님을 위한 졸업식이 있는지 계속 물어봤지만 유리는 선생님에게 물어보는 것을 잊어버렸고 나는 학교가 수업 시간에 작게 반친구들끼리만 식을 한다고 생각했다(유리의 프리킨더졸업식과 킨더 졸업식처럼). 유리 프리킨더와 킨더졸업식에 꽃까지 들고 잔뜩 준비했던 나는 어떤 부모도 그렇게 하지 않고 나만 유난을 떤것을 보고 미국은 고등학교 외에는 졸업식이 따로 크게 안하는줄 알았다. 학교 마지막 날, 유리는 졸업식 직전에 나에게 전화를 걸어 부모님이 오고 내가 와야 한다고 말했다. 나는 작업 마감일을 맞추기 위해 무언가를 하고 있었기 때문에 바로 갈 수가 없었다. 나는 유리가 졸업식이 끝난 후에야 학교로 차를 몰고 갔다. 내 첫 아이의 졸업식을 놓쳤다니 믿을 수가 없었다!!! ???? 나는 유리에게 이번 주말에 가족끼리 졸업 축하 파티를 하자고 했다. 유리의 졸업을 축하해 주세요. 이제 7학년이 되고 중학교 갑니다. ????
