當日港台視31將轉播節目。屆時，香港特別行政區行政長官李家超先生、中華人民共和國外交部駐香港特別行政區特派員公署特派員劉光源先生及香港地方誌中心執行委員會主席陳智思先生將主禮表主題演講。與會嘉賓除了特區政府及中央駐港主要官員、商界領袖，還包括多國領事代表。
