亞洲青年管弦樂團(簡稱「亞青」)成立於1987年，以香港為基地，每年夏天都招募亞洲區的年青音樂家組成樂團，並為亞洲青年音樂家籌辦豐富且極具意義的音樂活動，於世界各音樂頂尖表演場地演出，為各個參與的音樂家帶來難能可貴的經驗。

因疫情停辦數年的音樂會在2022年夏天復辦，找來多位前亞青音樂家，一起演奏往日世界巡演時深受歡迎的樂曲，並籍此向已故的亞青創辦人龐信致敬。
