윤소이(서강희)는 오승윤(이윤)이 깨어난 사실을 듣고 결정적인 증거인 핸드폰을 빼내려 한다. 하지만 오승윤이 깨어나지 않고, 병상에 누워 있자 놀란다. 윤소이는 신성록(이혁)과 장나라의 작전으로 함정에 빠진 사실을 알게 된다.

'The Last Empress' is story of a musical actress Oh Ssu Ni(Jang Na Ra) who suddenly getting married with emperor Lee Hyuk(Shin Sung Rok). Oh Ssu Ni gets in a fight against absolute power of the palace, and entangled with the murder of the emperor's grandmother as she finds true love and happiness with Na Wang Sik(Choi Jin Hyuk) her way through palace life.
