서울 주요 대학 13곳 가운데9곳이,고등학교 교육과정밖에서 대입논술을출제했다는시민단체의 분석결과가 나왔습니다.
지난해부터 정규교과를 벗어난 평가를 막는 ‘선행교육 규제법’이시행됐지만, 사실상무용지물인셈입니다.
