Ingredients: makes 2

200g Ground Beef / Beef Mince
salt & pepper to season
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
2 slices shortcut bacon
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 Burger buns, halved and toasted
2 iceberg lettuce leaves
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbls mustard
