Ingredients: serves 2
2 burger buns
200g lean ground beef/mince
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp caster sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp red chilli
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls Worcester sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Serve with carrot, spring onion, shredded cabbage
