Becky Hammon Breaks a Remarkable Barrier

Becky Hammon is taking her talents to the San Antonio Spurs. The WNBA star who has spent her last 8 season with the San Antonio Stars, was chosen by Gregg Popovich for smart reasoning and a high basketball IQ. Coach Pop's words to Hammon: "It just so happens you are a women". This is not a surprising move for the San Antonio Spurs, the always progressive and highly efficient organization, who is coming off another NBA championship, is the first NBA team to hire a female coach full time. Hammon will be an assistant coach for the Spurs.
