The honest sports website "Deadspin" offered to buy a Hall of Fame vote so the public could have input on who should be elected to Cooperstown. The man was revealed, and it was none other than ESPN pundit Dan Le Betard. Why did he do this? Because he wanted to prove how preposterous Hall of Fame voting is and the flaws in place to make it a sham. Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine and Frank Thomas were elected while Craig Biggio, Jack Morris, Mike Mussina and others missed out.
