6 Green apples, peeled & cored
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbls maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/4 cup butter, melted

Serve with custard or ice cream, optional
