Prior to the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight, Rachel Nichols and Michelle Beadle learned they were banned from entering the MGM Grand Garden Arena as Press as Mayweather’s camp reportedly pulled their credentials. Many speculated that the press credential was pulled because of Rachel Nichols previous interviews with Floyd Mayweather where we she was unafraid of asking challenging questions regarding domestic abuse. Michelle Beadle was no stranger to attacking Floyd Mayweather on twitter, which was believed to be the reason her credential was pulled as well. in the end, Nichols chose not to attend the fight even though Mayweather’s camp claimed to clear up the non-issue.
