The Baltimore Ravens, namely John Harbaugh, pulled out one of the more wild finishes to a game on Sunday when they committed roughly eight holding penalties on a 4th down punt play. With 0:11 remaining in the fourth quarter, the Ravens were up 19-12, but did not want to give the Bengals any chance at winning the game, so they opted to commit a bunch of holding penalties while punter Sam Koch ran out the clock safely. Koch stepped out of the end zone for a safety, but with 0:00 on the clock and final score of 19-14, the Ravens took control of the AFC North. Jason Rubin and Francis Maxwell discuss their best of the weekend.
