Royals Win in EPIC Wild Card Playoff Game

The Kansas City Royals provided MLB fans a game for the ages when they mounted an insane comeback against the Oakland A’s in the win-or-go home Wild Card playoff game. Oakland was up 7-3 in the 8th inning when the Kansas City offense took advantage of small ball and found ways to score runs through bunts, steals and sac flys. The game ended up going into the bottom of the 12th inning where the Royals were down a run again, but when it is the first time you have been in the playoffs since 1985, you had to leave it all on the field and KC did just that. Salvador Perez knocked in the game winning run and the Kansas City Royals will face the Los Angeles Angels in the ALDS.
