Rajon Rondo has been traded to the Dallas Mavericks for Jameer Nelson, Jae Crowder, Brendan Wright and two future draft picks. The already imbalanced Western Conference just got better, specifically the Dallas Mavericks who pose the best starting 5 - at least on paper. Rondo is not a shooter, and this has been a trend throughout his career, but his ability to distribute the ball at an elite level should mesh with the Mavericks offense.
