Ep.90: Gilja is distraught over Ruby’s decision to move overseas. Just then, Runa comes to the restaurant. Runa hands Gilja an envelope filled with money, saying she heard Runa was leaving. Gilja is enraged and throws the envelope at Runa, telling her to take the money and leave. Runa is angry and upset. Changgeun, in the meantime, goes to Chuncheon Hospital. Runa’s surgeon shows him Runa’s medical record, which confirms that she had been pregnant and suffered a miscarriage due to the accident. The doctor also said that Ruby came to see him with a fetal ultrasound picture, asking the doctor to confirm if she was pregnant. Changgeun suspects foul play and realizes Runa has a secret.
柳吉子（郑爱利饰）得知郑露比（林贞恩饰）要离开，内心错综复杂，郑露娜（李素妍饰）去找柳吉子……裴会长回到家之后仍然觉得不放心。这时一顺和家人出去吃饭，正好金室长发来了关于调查露娜的文件，并放在了书房桌子上。裴会长刚要看文件的时候，正好与刚回家的露娜碰上。裴会长跟露娜说自己已经知道她出车祸的时候已经怀孕了，并让她说出一切真相。露娜很惊讶，难掩惊慌的神情，她矢口否认说是误会并逃到自己房间。但是，裴会长看过调查文件，知道露娜经常与一个未知号码联系，他又找去了敬敏房间。另一边，真相马上浮出水面，身处危机的露娜马上打电话给仁秀，想事先堵住他的嘴…… 裴会长正好听到了两个人的通话内容。露娜情急之下与愤怒的裴会长发生激烈争执，裴会长心脏病发晕倒在地……
