Ep.69: Runa goes back to her in-laws' out of desperation. She begs Changgeun for forgiveness, but he doesn't budge. With nowhere else to go, Runa stays with Eunji. Gilja goes to see Ilsun at the hospital for Runa's sake. However, Gyeongsuk turns Gilja away. Gilja runs into Gyeongmin outside Ilsun's hospital room. Gyeongmin also tells Gilja that things have gotten to the point of no return. Gilja returns home dejected. When Runa doesn't come home, Gilja assumes Runa has gone back to her in-laws'. That night, Soyeong makes red bean porridge for Gilja, who hasn't had any appetite. Chorim accidentally spills some of the porridge on Runa's foot. As Gilja hurriedly wipes Runa's feet, she notices that the mole between Runa's toes is no long there.
