In this video, I will make my all-time favorite Korean porridge called 낙지 김치 죽 (NakJi Kimchi Juk) using octopus and kimchi. I used to order this particular porridge in the Korean porridge restaurant called "본죽 (BonJuk)" in Korea. Since I don't have that restaurant around me in America anymore, I make it by myself..and I equally enjoy the deliciousness of this porridge. I really hope you try this someday soon.
