1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup red onion
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup chopped kale
2/3 cup cashews

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbls lemon juice
1 tbls honey
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
salt & pepper to season
1/2 tsp garlic powder
