서울시청 지하엔 ‘시민청’이 있습니다. 공연과 전시, 토론 등 시민이 직접 프로그램을 만들고, 운영하는 공간입니다. 매년 2백만 명가량이 방문할 정도로 호응을 받고 있는데요. 이번 주말, 서울의 두 번째 시민청 ‘삼각산 시민청’이 운영을 시작합니다.
