LEE Sui-ping (Yolanda), Senior Clerical Officer of the Transport Department, considers that colleagues of the Clerical Grades are important gears closely linked to the internal operation of the Hong Kong Government, and an efficient Government can only be maintained with the precise and effective operation of these gears.
