Wing Chun is a fighting style based on practical hand-to-hand combat theory and refined by taking into account factors such as body alignment, joint motion, and fluid mechanics.

It was introduced to Hong Kong by Guangdong-born martial artist Ip Man in the 1950s, and has since gained popularity worldwide.

The late international martial arts superstar Bruce Lee also learnt Wing Chun from Ip Man when he was young, so it’s no wonder that this form of kung fu has also garnered a following in Europe and the US.
