Was Arjen Robben Deserving of Penalty Kick?

The Mexico versus Netherlands Round of 16 World Cup match that occurred Saturday was easily one of the best matches of the tournament. Arjen Robben was awarded a penalty kick that swung the entire momentum away from Mexico, in favor of Holland and eventually led to Mexico's 6th straight Round of 16 defeat. A brutal loss for Mexico, who played exceptionally well including an amazing overall performance from Ochoa. The world also turned their liking to coach Miguel Herrera for his celebrations and enthusiasm on the sidelines.
