What I Eat in a Day in Korea

Today I show you what I eat in a day when I'm traveling in Korea. Everyday has its differences, but most mornings start off with a plate of assorted vegetables... and of course, a handful of almonds. Maybe two handfuls. Or more. My nut addiction is out of hand. Almonds are too easy to eat!
While I try to focus on eating veggies on a daily basis, my diet also depends on my film schedule. If I'm filming street food, for example, then I might consume more fried or sugary food. I drink extra water on these days.
Remember to pair your diet with a healthy dose of exercise and relaxation :)
