High power offense or brick wall defense? An age old topic that has been debated by sports fans for years, what wins championships? The New York Giants defense led them to a Super Bowl victory over the undefeated New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers built a dynasty on their famous iron curtain defensive line. The New York Yankees won world series after world series in the late 90s/early 2000s on a lineup that saw four of their hitters break the 100 RBI mark. Regardless the sport, both are important to winning, but what is MOST important to winning a championship: offense or defense?
