The NBA Finals MVP was awarded to Andre Iguodala and some disagreed with the voting. Eleven media members voted for the NBA Finals MVP and Iggy won the vote 7-4. LeBron James received four votes after a truly remarkable NBA Finals performance averaging only an assist shy of a triple-double. Andre Iguodala played terrific defense on LeBron James and took a key starting role after Game 3 which helped turn the tide of the series in Golden State’s favor.
