The Houston Texans have their man: former Penn State head coach and New England Patriots coordinator Bill O'Brien. He took over the Penn State football program following Joe Paterno's firing and the devil that is Jerry Sandusky. O'Brien turned the program around, leading to two straight winning seasons with sanctions that no coach would ever inherit. Now O'Brien will coach the Texans, a team filled with potential but also needing help at various positions.
