Will the Browns Go 0-16?

The Cleveland Browns are staring down an 0-16 season and another No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft. The tortured franchise had their issues with Johnny Manziel, Josh Gordon and always struggle to find the franchise QB. Their offensive line is also one of the worst in the league and have been unable to stop any sort of pass or run defense.
