The worst franchise in sports is an often debated topic revolving around either an incompetent owner with a shady background and poor decision making, like that of Dan Snyder and the Washington Redskins, OR a team that is just so bad for an inconceivable amount of time. The Browns are 0-6, they might go 0-16, they have started 100 different quarterbacks this season, like they did last season, like they have done for the past 20 years.
